Absolutely! We can convert all major bank cards from plastic to metal.

Yes! We encourage all customers to freeze their cards before postage. No personal details are stored by NXT. Your personal details are entered directly into the machine and engraved straight on to your card.

We process your card within 24 hours of receiving it and use express shipping to return it to you. The average worldwide turnaround time is currently between 4-6 days and 2-3 working days for UK orders.

Immediately notify your bank to have the card cancelled. Banks monitor card activity through the card numbers, not the physical card. Some institutions provide fraud alerts; please check your bank’s website for further details. NXT does not warrant lost or stolen cards.

All our metal cards work in ATMs. However, we do not recommend using them in machines that require full insertion of the card, as the heavier metal may cause ejection issues. We suggest using partial insertion devices, where part of the card remains visible for manual removal.

All cards are handled by secure delivery companies, tracked and signed for. They are then recorded being opened by a member of our team and being worked on immediately. They are then packaged and labelled ready to be returned to you.

You can pick from our extensive shop designs and customise the back of your card or choose a "YOUR DESIGN HERE” option for a fully bespoke and customisable experience, allowing you to customise both the front and back of your card.

Step 3: ‘Freeze’ Your Card and Send it to us

Temporarily pause your current card to pave the way for your customised masterpiece. This step ensures a seamless transition to your new card without any disruptions to your banking activities.

Wait for your email confirmation with shipping/collection instructions to mail in your card.

Step 4: We start working on your design

Once received, our skilled team springs into action, bringing your vision to life. With precision and care, we transform your ideas into a stunning design that reflects your personality and preferences.

Step 5: We send you your new card

Your custom card will be meticulously crafted and returned to you within 2-3 working days. Along with your new Metal Card, we include your old plastic card, ensuring continuity and convenience in your banking experience.

Important Information

Contactless Payments
We can upgrade cards with these exact chips to a metal contactless payment card and you will also be able to insert, swipe and use Apple / Samsung pay as normal.
Non-Compatible Chips
We are unable to customise cards with these chips. your card will not work for contactless payments. However you will still be able to insert, swipe and use Apple / Samsung pay. Please contact us if you’re not sure about your chip type.
