Enjoy peace of mind with our 2-Year Unlimited Warranty. Should any covered issues arise within two years of your purchase, we will replace your card at no cost!



Our 2-Year Unlimited Warranty Covers:

  • Loss or Theft

  • Card Expiration

  • Bank-Issued Replacement Card

  • Accidental Damage: Sudden and unexpected damage affecting your card's functionality.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues from workmanship impacting the card's lifespan.



Our 2-Year Unlimited Warranty Does Not Cover:

Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, scuffs, color changes, normal wear and tear, or any other appearance changes that do not affect the card's functionality.

 

Special Notes for Gold and Rose Gold Cards

Due to the mirrored finish, Gold cards are more susceptible to visible scratches and scuffs. We recommend users handle these cards with extra care.



Warranty Terms & Conditions:

Single Card Coverage: Each warranty is specific to one card, covering only the original card in the order. Additional cards require separate warranty purchases.

Design Limitation: While the warranty allows unlimited replacement cards, the design of the card cannot be changed. Design changes will need to be coordinated with a designer at the current rate.

Shipping: We cover shipping costs for the first replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of any subsequent replacements, offered at a discounted rate.

Non-Refundable: The 2-Year Unlimited Warranty is non-refundable once purchased.



Missed Adding the Warranty?

If you forget to add the 2-Year Unlimited Warranty to your card order, you can still purchase it separately within 30 days of your original order date. After 30 days, the warranty cannot be applied. If purchased after this period, a full refund for the warranty will be issued.
