Returns

Every piece from NXT Cards is custom-made for you. Due to the highly personalised and sensitive nature of our services, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on a change of mind once the final payment has been made or your design has been confirmed. This policy timing is crucial as it marks the commencement of the production process and the preparation of your card. Additionally, we generate all shipping labels at this point, which further commits resources towards fulfilling your specific order. Please note that specific conditions related to custom-made goods under local laws are adhered to strictly. In the UK, laws provide certain protections for custom-made items which may not be returned or exchanged simply due to a change of mind. However, if a product is faulty or not as described, customers may be entitled to a remedy as provided for under the respective local consumer law. For detailed information regarding your rights and how they are protected under your local laws, please refer to the consumer protection agencies or legal resources within your jurisdiction.

 

Refunds

We offer refunds in the event that the customer's card is defective, damaged, or has been compromised during shipment. In such cases, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your card. To process a refund, you must provide clear evidence of the issue experienced and obtain written confirmation of cancellation for the customised card from your bank. Additionally, your custom card will either need to be returned to us for secure disposal, or you can provide a picture of your card sufficiently bent in half. If you choose to return your card to our facility, we will provide you with a return label; however, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Once the necessary documentation is submitted, verified, and the returned card is received by us, we will initiate the refund. Each order pertains to the conversion of a single debit or credit card only. For security and verification purposes, we maintain a secure record of the customer's bank, the customer's full name, and the last 4 digits of the card number, all in accordance with PCI compliance standards.
